Sessions are 10 minute initial assessment
interviews. If your issue requires more
time to progress you may be offered a
fuller post gateway interview or possibly
be referred on to a Specialist
Caseworker.
(2) On Friday morning clients
usually seen by pre-booked appointment
but appointments not always necessary.
